GRANDE SPIRIT FOUNDATION
AMISK COURT, BEAVER LODGE, ALBERTA
This project includes a large 2136 square meter addition of self-contained apartments to an existing senior citizen lodge complex.
ATCO GAS, NORTH OPERATIONS CENTRE, EDMONTON, ALBERTA
This New Operations Centre for ATCO Gas, will headquarter all of ATCO Gas services in Edmonton, North Region. The 5100 square meter Centre includes a variety of offices, meeting and training rooms, storage facilities, repair shops and vehicle bays.
GRANDE PRAIRIE FIREHALL
This 21,000 sq ft building provides accommodation for the first full-time professional fire service in the County of Grande Prairie. Three drive-through bays will accommodate 6 fire fighting vehicles. The balance of the building accommodates the new county Emergency Operations Centre, as well as the Protective Services and Agricultural Department offices.
M.D. OF GREENVIEW
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, VALLEYVIEW, ALBERTA
This 19,000 sq ft 2-storey facility will accommodate all government functions for the M.D. of Greenview. It includes a new council chamber, all M.D. offices, as well as related employee facilities.
FORT VERMILION SCHOOL DIVISION
RAINBOW LAKE SCHOOL ADDITION, RAINBOW LAKE, ALBERTA
This project incorporates the addition of a full high school sized gymnasium plus the associated change rooms and storage facilities. Modernization of the former gymnasium to become a CTS laboratory is included in the project.
ST FRANCIS XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL ADDTITION, EDMONTON, AB
A deteriorated twelve classroom wing of the school was demolished and replaced by 12 new classrooms located on the second floor of the existing school. Selective modernization of the school was also included, providing a new main entrance and chapel for the school.
ST. FRANCIS XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL FIELDHOUSE, EDMONTON, AB
This 37,000 sq ft facility is located adjacent to the St. Francis Xavier High School, and is jointly funded by the City of Edmonton and Edmonton Catholic Schools. The facility will be shared by the school and the community. It accommodates multiple indoor sports, including indoor soccer, and has an elevated jogging track.
THE SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH
UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA, EDMONTON, ALBERTA
This project includes a renovation to the 3rd Floor of the University Terrace Building, which was chosen as the home for the School of Public Health. Existing rooms and spaces on this floor have been extensively modified to provide an open and collegial atmosphere. Modular furnishings will be used in an open office environment. Acoustic control will be achieved by a variety of innovative ceiling panels, which will also add to the aesthetic appeal of the space.
VALHALLA COMMUNITY LIBRARY AND SCHOOL
VALHALLA CENTRE, AB
The existing Valhalla School, in Valhalla Centre, AB. will be partially modernized and enlarged by this project. The addition will accommodate a new community library. The main entrance to the building is relocated to facilitate use of the facility by both school and community. With 3 new classrooms, the school will become a K-9 facility.
MACKENZIE COUNTY
COMMUNITY CORNERSTONE BUILDING, ZAMA CITY, ALBERTA
This new building in Northern Alberta town of Zama City, consolidates a variety of important community functions under one roof. Municipal offices, a library, RCMP offices, social services, community multi-purpose room and a video conference centre for distance learning are among the functions comprising this 715 square meter facility.
