BONNYVILLE SENIOR CITIZEN'S FOUNDATION
BONNY LODGE RENOVATION/ADDITION, BONNYVILLE, AB
The project included extensive renovation of a 1960’s U-shaped lodge together with a two storey addition. 22 existing bedroom units were enlarged and 44 units were added for a total of 66 single units. Kitchen, dining, lounge and other common areas were substantially increased in size; new administrative offices were also provided.

The Onoway Senior Citizen’s Complex includes 20 two bedroom apartments, 22 one bedroom apartments and eight lodge units. It includes dining and recreational amenities for residents as well as for local seniors.

HERITAGE LODGE ADDITION/RENOVATION, GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB
This project included complete redesign of the central kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Ninety percent of the resident units were enlarged and 10 new units were added for a total of 71 units. The exterior walls and windows of this building were completely replaced.
